1. Create interventions and add participants: plan your next interventions and assign participants and detailed activities to each intervention.
2. Track mood and monitor skills: log the mood and evaluate different skills of your participants.
3. Set individual goals: set personal goals with your participants and determine how long you want to keep track of them. Notes will remind you to follow up on the status of the goal.

Download the app and link the account to your organisation. This way, participants stay remotely in touch through messaging, online coaching, surveys etc. The I Am StreetSmart app empowers the participants, giving them more control over their data and their personal development process.
